Return and Refund Policy

At myclownshoes, our aim is to provide you with high-quality, unique, and handcrafted products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.


Before Placing An Order: 

Before placing an order with myclownshoes, please verify the following information in order to limit errors:

  1. Product Information: Ensure you have reviewed the product description, including size, color, and any customization options, to confirm it meets your expectations.
  2. Shipping Information: Double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. Make sure it is accurate, complete, and up to date to avoid delivery issues.


30-Day Return Window:

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the product was made by our manufacturing partner Printful, we will follow their return policy. 


How to Initiate a Return:

To facilitate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at myclownshoesmgmt@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to return the item.

In your message, provide us with:

  1. Your order number for reference.
  2. A brief description of the issue with your order.
  3. Clear photos of any damage or defects, if applicable. Visual documentation helps us understand the problem. If your item was damaged in the mail, please include photos of the shipment container so we can contact our mail carrier. 


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We are also happy to give you a discount on your next order from myclownshoes.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please reach out to us, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that this process can be difficult for both parties so please verify your order information, including size, color and shipping address before placing the order. 


Handmade Items and Custom Orders:

At myclownshoes, we take pride in creating unique and handcrafted items for our valued customers. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail to ensure its quality and uniqueness. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we are committed to providing you with the best products possible.


Please be aware that, due to the nature of our handmade items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for handmade products except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
